2. General Information
This mobile game app (Android & iOS) is offered worldwide and rated 13+. Users under 16 may only provide personal data with parental consent where required by law.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR.
3. Advertising via AdMob
Personalized ads are shown only if the user explicitly consents and actively enables advertising in the app. No automatic ads are displayed.
Data processed may include Advertising ID, device information, IP address and usage data.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent can be withdrawn at any time in the app settings.
Data may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. In-App Purchases
The app offers one-time in-app purchases (no subscriptions). Payments are processed exclusively via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive payment data.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Optional Account
Users may voluntarily provide an email address and password to save game progress. Both are transmitted via HTTPS and stored only as non-reversible hash values.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is stored until the account is deleted.
6. Alliance Chat
Chat messages are transmitted securely (HTTPS) and visible to alliance members. Only the last 100 messages are stored. Older messages are automatically deleted.

7. Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to monitor usage frequency. Anonymous technical data such as device type, OS version and session statistics are processed.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Hosting
Hosting services are provided by DomainFactory and IONOS under data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Users may contact us via email or Discord. Data submitted will only be used to process the request.
10. ePrivacy Notice
This app stores or accesses information on user devices (e.g., Advertising ID, analytics identifiers).
This occurs:
– based on consent (for personalized ads)
– or where technically necessary to provide the app.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
11. Data Retention and Rights
Data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose.
Users have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Complaints may be lodged with a supervisory authority.
